Some AUGEVRA products may be shipped directly from our supplier or distribution partner to the customer.
Where different products in one order are fulfilled from different locations, the order may arrive in separate shipments.
Applicable delivery restrictions, costs and estimated delivery information will be displayed before purchase where required. Latvian distance-contract rules require traders to disclose delivery charges, payment terms and delivery arrangements before the consumer is bound by the purchase.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers purchasing online in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
