Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your statutory consumer rights, AUGEVRA offers a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the item must generally be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with any original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible. You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions. Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@augevra.com. Please include your order number and photographs or videos showing the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable consumer law, including: products made to your specifications or clearly personalized; sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened; perishable goods; goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; certain digital products; gift cards where permitted by law. These exceptions do not affect any rights you may have if a product is defective or not as described.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins when you receive the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@augevra.com. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. Your statutory EU withdrawal rights apply independently of AUGEVRA's additional 30-day return policy.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, size, or variant, please contact us first. The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. For EU right of withdrawal returns, we will refund required payments within the legally required timeframe, including standard delivery costs where applicable. We may withhold the refund until goods are received or evidence of return is provided. For voluntary 30-day returns, approved refunds will normally be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
